| 설명 | Description: The Ballestra multitube film reactor gives topquality sulfonated products over the whole range of sulfonated anionic surfactants, including the traditional akylbenzene and the recently developed alpha-olefins and methylester-sulfonates. The raw material combines with SO3 in the film reactor (1). The product then passes to an ageing (2) and a stabilizing unit (3) and double-step neutralization (4,5). Alpha olefins hydrolysis (6) is located between the two neutralization steps. Off gases pass to an electrostatic precipitator (7) and scrubber column (8). A great variety of products is obtainable from a small number of basic sulf(on)ated products neutralized subsequently with different bases, diluted to different concentrations, with addition of inorganic salts, thickening agents, brighteners, opacizers, preserving agents and other builders. Economics: For the production of 3,000 kg/h of 100% active matter, the estimated investment will be : U.S. 1.95 milion (production of gaseous SO3 included). |
