Coagulation of polydisperse particles in the turbulent fluidised bed
The experimental results of the particle deposition effects in the turbulent fluidised bed granulation have been presented. These results proved the assumed coagulation effect of the aerosol particles. The dynamics of impact and description of interaction forces: particle-particle and particle-collector has been analysed. The influence such parameters as gas velocity and various concentration of the binder solution on the rate of simultaneously processes: coagulation and deposition has been examined. The mechanism via Brownian and turbulent coagulation and inertial deposition was discussed. The mathematical description of these simultaneously processes rate was proposed.
