Results of researches on rheology of waterbased titannia calcinate suspension, undergoing comminution in a dissolver have been presented. Non-newtonian nature of the medium has been shown as well as dependence of its rheology on actual particle fineness. Medium rheology conditions the grinding process by changeable shear intensity and the medium circulation.
