Gas void fraction is one of the more important hydrodynamic parameters providing accuracy of many chemical apparatus. It has a significant influence on two-phase mixture density, a size of interfacial surface nad distribution of heat and mass exchange around tubes. That is why, finding appropriate method of calculating it is a very important issue in project calculations of chemical instruments.
