The aim of this paper is to present preliminary results of the mathematical analyse of the effect of modifier concentration in mobile phase on the retention of chromatographic peaks in the case of chromatographic separation of ortho- and para- chloronitrobenzene isomers with the use of multicomponent eluent. The analysis was conducted basing on mathematical model of chromatographic column with the stechiometric kinetic equation.
