The equations for calculation of viscosity of high-dispersed water-oil emulsion have been proposed. The form of equations has been found as a result of experimental investigations concerning the rheological properties of non-continuous liquid mixtures created by the mechanical mixing in a laboratory tank. Water and different types of oils have been used as the components of emulsion systems. An attempt of explanation of connections between viscosity of emulsion and its internal structure is presented.
