Experimental results of pool boiling of water-oil mixtures are presented. The effect of mixtures composition and their structures and kinds, void fraction of oil, heat flux density and time on the heat transfer are examined. The heat transfer dumping effect is analysed and the equation for the calculation of the heat transfer coefficient is proposed.
