Transition lines from GCF to PF regimes were determined experimentally in TBR operating at high pressure and were compared with the available in literature flow maps and mathematical criteria. The original flow map was created. The main hydrodynamic parameters, viz. liquid holdup and gas pressure drop were also determined experimentally. Empirical correlations for both parameters mentioned above were tested and equations whose results were closest to the experimental data were chosen.
