This paper shows results of the MSW landfill simulation in the bench-scale lysimeters - first anaerobic and afterwards aerobic stabilization. The leachate treatment by Advanced Oxidation Processes (AOPs), recirculation and Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) bed aeration impact on the processes taking place in the landfills were investigated.
