Modelling of aerosol aggregate dynamics
A new model of translational and rotational motion of rigid aggregates of nanoparticles suspended in the gas, has been developed, taking in to account the stochastic Brownian force as well as gravity and hydrodynamic drag. The model was used to simulate the dynamic motion of nanoparticles aggregates of various size and shapes, in order to extract the corresponding diffusion coefficient values.
