Experimental measurements of extraction kinetics of beta-escine from dried seeds of chestnut tree Hippo-castanaceae in the batch extraction process have been carried out. The influences of time on beta-escine contents and on the reduced mass in the solid particles were investigate. Experimental values of reduced mass and calculated on basis of Aksielrud and Altszuler equations were compared.
