The paper concerns the model of membrane with catalytic layer of protein immobilized on membrane surface. Process was carried out in organic phase-water system where organic phase serves as hydrophobic substrate reservoir. Model of membrane was developed by introduction of enzyme inactivation and nonlinear kinetics. A numerical model solution was received and verified on the base of glycidyl butyrate hydrolysis reaction.
