Crystallization capacity in the L(+)-ascorbic acid-methanol-ethanol-water system
The experimental results dealing with crystallization capacity in the L(+)-ascorbic acid-methanol-ethanol-water system are presented. An influence of temperature and cooling rate on yield has been determined. Experiments have been carried out in the batch crystallizer with inner circulation of suspension.
