The paper presents selected results and experimental verification of countercurrent spray drying process CFD model. Comparison of experimental and simulation moisture profiles of both phases showed high compatibility. Regions of agglomeration and air recirculation areas were identified and described. Analysis of wall deposition in the function of distance form air inlet was also carried.
