Primary nanosized particles produced in aerosol reactors are used for formation of more complex spatial structures. Basing on the knowledge of efficiency of deposition of aerosol particles and mechanisms of deposits clearance from the human respiratory system, the particle of required morphology can be produced. Such a particle warrants that proper retention and desired therapeutic effect will be achieved.
