This paper is devoted to numerical and experimental investigations of the flow of an air-coal dust mixture through a pipeline with the elbow build in. Gas movement was described by the Euler's method, and particle movement - with the Lagrange's method. From the test results it appears that a simple modification of the flow system is enough to limit a degree of dust segregation in the section just after the elbow.
