A new rheological model for prediction of the viscosity of emulsions has been presented taking advantages of the Dougherty-Krieger considerations and Kozeny-Carman theory of the flow through granular beds. The influence of the shear rate and the inner phase concentration on emulsions viscosity have been taken into account.
