Experimental identification of internal heat source capacity in vacuum freeze drying of random solids at microwave heating
The calorimetric method was applied to determine the internal heat source capacity in frozen and dried layers of freeze-dried random solids. The linearly approximated form of the dissipation coefficient as a function of temperature was derived. Two estimated coefficients in this dependence are sufficient to include effects of generation and absorption of microwave energy in a dried material.
