Pressure-density-temperature behavior of CO2/acetone, CO2/toluene, and CO2/monochlorobenzene mixtures in the near-critical region
An isochoric technique was used to perform P-rho-T measurements of CO2/acetone, CO2/toluene, and CO2/monochlorobenzene mixtures where the mol fraction Of CO2 is 0.9 at temperatures from 313.2 to 393.2 K, the density of mixtures varied from 2.91 to 15.77 mol/L, and the determined pressure ranged from 4.19 to 43.06 MPa. The dew points for the above mixtures were also obtained using a visual observation method. The Peng-Robinson equation of state was used to represent the experimental data, and a good agreement was obtained between experimental data and correlated results.
