Measurement and Correlation for Solubility of 11 alpha-Hydroxy-16 alpha,17 alpha-epoxyprogesterone and 16 alpha,17 alpha-Epoxyprogesterone in Solvents
The solubilities of 11 alpha-hydroxy-16 alpha,17 alpha-epoxyprogesterone and 16 alpha,17 alpha-epoxyprogesterone in isopropanol, n-propanol, DMSO, dioxane, and 1-butanol have been determined. A solubility model is proposed, and the solubilities calculated by the model show good agreement with experimental data.
