Over past years, the plastics industry has increasingly used process simulation programs. Such simulations require material data in the form of series of test results or characteristic values of non-linear material models. These characteristic data have to be determined by the users of the software. The Paderborn Material Database PaM can be used for determination of the required characteristic values. This database also allows management, searching and comparison of material data.
