The properties of soldering masks based on epoxyacrylic, epoxymethacrylic esters, and monomers : 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, triethylene glycol dimethacrylate, and triethylene glycol phthalate dimethacrylate have been described. The thixotropic properties, printability, adhesion to the surface, and resistance to soldering have been determined.
