The activity of Fischer-Tropsch catalysts in hydrocarbon synthesis from dilute gas mixtures
A comparative study was performed on the activity of some iron- and cobalt-containing catalysts under the Fischer-Tropsch reaction conditions at a pressure of 3.0 MPa with the synthesis gas twice diluted with nitrogen. Binary iron catalysts and iron-ruthenium systems showed high turnover for liquid fuel fr actions of hydrocarbons in the processing, in a fixed-bed flow reactor, of the synthesis gas obtained by air conversion of natural gas.
