The main results of the research conducted by the Institute of Problems of Chemical Physics, Russian Academy of Sciences, on such topical areas as the development of new technological methods for processing natural and associated petroleum gas into valuable chemical products, the development of the scientific fundamentals of the processes for the production of petrochemical products based on oil and nonoil feedstock, and the development of a new generation of catalysts for these processes have been presented.
