Derivatives of nitroxyl radicals with reactive functional groups [TEMPO-NC, TEMPO-NCX (X=OS,Se), TEMPO-OCSCI] were prepd. in reactions of phosgene and thiophosgene with derivatives of 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidyl-4-oxyl-1 (TEMPO) and used for further synthesis of the 4-substituted sixmembered nitroxyl radicals (products of the multicomponent Passerini and Ugi reactions, derivatives of ureas, carbamates, their chalcogen analogs, thiocarbonates).
