Chlorydazone herbicide was added to the brown-lixivate soil, optionally with a Me ester of rapeseed fatty acid adjuvant to study the leachability of Mg, Ca, K, Fe, Cu, Mn and Zn ions as well as total P, nitrate N and ammonia N from the soil. A decreased content of Mg, Ca, K and Mn and an increased content of Fe, Cu and Zn in the eluates was obsd. Use of adjuvant resulted In decrease of N compd. content but increase of the total P in the eluates.
