Effect of metazachlor herbicide in form of hydrogel microcapsules on activity of phosphohydrolytic enzymes in superficial waters
Metazachlor herbicide microcapsules were added to 2 water samples collected from a village pond and a cornfield minipond used for detn. of activity of the alk. and acidic phosphatases in hydrolysis of p-NO(2)C(6)H(4)OPO(2)Na(2) at 4 degrees C and 20 degrees C for 14 days. The max. hydrolysis rate and Michaelis-Menten constant did not clearly depend on the hydrolysis temp. and time.
