Method for production of mineral feed additives with zinc. Part 1. Production in pilot plant scale
ZnSO(4)center dot 7H(2)O was added to water-dispersed (1 g/L) corn. biomass (used as a fodder for fatteners) at 20 degrees C, pH 5 and Zn(II) conc. 300 mg/L in a pilot plant (10 m(3)). After biosorption and filtration, the Zn content in the biomass increased from 117 mg/kg up to 5592 mg/kg.
