Application of natural antioxidants for improving the oxidative stability of emulsion products made in cosmetic industry
Corn. natural antioxidants (exts. from acerola, willow and rose) were added to evening primrose oil emulsion to improve its oxidative stability. The addn. (1-5%) resulted in a retardation of peroxide formation during the storage of the emulsion.
