Preparation of special potassium-sodium water glass modified with lithium oxide. Part 2. Kinetic aspects
Corn. amorphous Si, was dissolved in an aq. soln. of K and Na water glasses (with addn. of LiON) at 55 degrees C and 65 degrees C to study the dissolution kinetics. The dissolution rate increased with the increasing temp. The results were compared with theor. O'Connor-Greenberg equation.
