A Carbon Nanotube Synapse with Dynamic Logic and Learning
A carbon nanotube (CNT) synapse emulates a biological synapse with its dynamic logic, learning, and memory functions induced by the interactions between CNTs and hydrogen ions in an electrochemical cell.
