Six prehydrolyzed corn. Al polychlorides of various basicity were analyzed for content of polymeric Al forms by ferronometry to det. the relationship between basicity and content of high polymerized Al forms. The basicity was not found to be unambiguous criterion for assessing pre-hydrolyzed coagulants in terms of their effectiveness.
