Solubility of CO2 in Aqueous-Solutions of Saccharose, Glucose, Fructose, and Glycerin
The solubility of carbon dioxide at 101.3 kPa has been measured in aqueous solutions of glucose, fructose, and glycerin at 298.1 K and saccharose from 293.1 to 313.1 K. The concentration range was from 0 to 150 g.dm-3.
