Speeds of Sound, Isentropic Compressibilities, and Excess Volumes of Binary-Mixtures .2. Mono-N-Alkylamines with Cyclohexane and Benzene
Isentropic compressibilities K-S, excess isentropic compressibilities K-S(E), and excess volumes V-E have been determined from the densities rho and speeds of sound U for 10 binary mixtures of (butylamine, hexylamine, octylamine, decylamine, or dodecylamine + cyclohexane or + benzene) at 303.15 K. The relative magnitude and sign of V-E and K-S(E) have been interpreted in terms of molecular interactions.
