Densities of binary mixtures of carbohydrates + water at (278.15, 288.15, 298.15, and 308.15) K have been determined. The carbohydrates investigated were : D-xylose, D-fructose, alpha-D-glucose, and D-sucrose. These results along with literature data of other thermodynamic properties have been used to test the Antichaos model.
