Density and viscosity of dilute aqueous solutions of 1-pentanol and 2-methyl-2-butanol, for the mole fraction of alcohol ranging from 0 to 0.0036 and temperatures ranging from 10 degrees C to 50 degrees C, have been measured. The viscosity data were correlated by the Grunberg-Nissan equation and the Heric equation.
