전도성 폴리아닐린 분말의 제막 특성
Characteristics of Film Preparation with Conducting Polyaniline Powder
초록
화학적 또는 전해 중합하여 얻어진 polyaniline분말을 이용 NMP에서 polyaniline film을 만들었다. 이때 사용된 전해 중합법은 정전류법, 정전위법, 순환전위법이었다. SEM, FT-IR, TGA및 전도도 측정을 통하여 이들 필름들의 특성을 평가한 결과 정전류법으로 중합된 polyaniline분말을 이용 제막할 경우 가장 우수한 특성을 나타내었다.
Polyaniline film was prepared with N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone after polyaniline was synthesized by chemical or electrochemical polymerization such as constant-current method, constant-potential method and cyclic voltammetric method. SEM, FT-IR, TGA and Conductivity measurement were carried out to confirm the difference between these films. The best quality of film was obtained by using polyaniline powder synthesized by constant current method.
