Microphase and Macrophase Separation in Irreversible Reacting Chemical Binary-Mixtures
The phase transition of a mixture of A, B and irreversible connected A-B molecules is analyzed for a system in which pure A-B, molecules microphase separate and pure (A,B) mixtures macrophase separate. The possible thermodynamically stable phases (homogeneous, microphase separated, and completely separated) and the different forms of phase transitions are discussed by means of a random phase approximation.
