Analytical expressions are derived for the long time behavior of the coverage density rho(t) in lattice models of irreversible deposition. For deposition processes on the square lattice with exclusion of neighboring particles out to the nearest or next nearest neighbor shell, accurate estimates of rho(t) are obtained for all times t.
