In-situ 중합에 의한 천연향을 담지한 나노캡슐에 관한 연구
A Study no the Nanocapsules containing Natural Perfume by in-situ Polymerization
Nanocapsules containing natural perfume were prepared by in-situ polymerization using urea, dispersing agent and crosslinking agent. Copolymer, as a dispersing agent, was polymerized with acrylic acid and methacrylic acid (mole ratio = 7:3) and its characters were identified by FT-IR and FT-NMR. The morphology of nanocapsules having good spherical geometry and smooth surface was observed by atomic force microscope(AFM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The size of nanocapsules was 200~500 nm. The release behavior of perfume from nanocapsules was investigated by thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA) for 24hr at 40±0.05 ℃ and 100±0.5 ℃. After 24hr, weight decrease of nanocapsules was 0.11 wt% and 0.30 wt% respectively.
