Electrosynthesis of carboxymethyl cellulose - ovoalbumin complexes
Electrosynthesis of carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) complexes with ovoalbumin (OV) was carried out at pH 7, 9, and 11 containing CMC and OV in ratios varying from 1:5 to 5:1. Gelatinous CMC-OV complexes formed on anode. They were composed of the CMC-OV nucleus, in which both components were bound with one another with involvement of valence bonds, and excessive component sorbed on this nucleus.
