(P, P, T) Measurements on Trifluoromethane in the Supercritical Region at Temperatures from 310 K to 350 K
(p, rho, T) measurements at given temperatures and densities in the supercritical region for trifluoromethane were carried out with a metal-bellows variable volumometer at eleven densities from 400 kg.m(-3) to 625 kg.m(-3) along seven isotherms between T = 310 K and T = 350 K. The experimental uncertainties of temperature T, density rho, and pressure p were estimated to be not greater than5 mK, 0.0010.rho, and 0.0010.p, respectively. The behaviour of the isothermal compressibility and that of the pressure coefficient at constant temperature on the basis of the present results are illustrated as a function of pressure.
