Molar Enthalpy of Formation of Indium Telluride Alpha-In2Te3

Direct synthesis of indium telluride alpha-In2Te3 was carried out in a calorimetric bomb. The standard molar enthalpy of formation of alpha-In2Te3 was found to be -(188.0 +/- 1.3) kJ . mol(-1).
