The presence of the positron diffusion process in the annihilation characteristics in classical experiments
We present the example of the conventional positron experiment in which the diffusion process of thermal positron is visible. From this experiment we were able to establish the positron diffusion length in copper obtained in the electrodeposition process which was equal 94 +/- 20 nm. The experiment followed after the theoretical considerations of the diffusion model for trapping (DTM).
