Preparation of disperse ceramic materials by soft mechanochemical synthesis
Specific features of soft mechanochemical synthesis as a method to prepare dispersed ceramic materials are considered. The advantages of soft mechanochemical synthesis are demonstrated using the preparation of ZrTiO4, Al2TiO5 and ZrSiO4 dispersed powders as examples. It is shown that the soft mechanochemical synthesis allows obtaining nano-sized particles close in size to the particles obtained by sol-gel method. The existence of optimal composition range has been demonstrated in which the synthesis occurs with highest efficiency.
