Migration of the 45 degrees[100],(001)/(011) asymmetrical tilt grain boundary in an Fe-6at%Si alloy
The temperature dependence of migration of the 45 degrees[100],(001)/(011) asymmetrical tilt grain boundary in an Fe-6at%Si alloy was studied by the reversed-capillary technique. The characteristic parameters of the migration of this boundary - activation enthalpy and preexponential factor - were determined and are discussed in context of the previously obtained data.
