Pulverized coal combustion, integrated gasification combined cycles and natural gas combined cycles-based systems for generation of energy with CO2 capture and storage were analyzed from economic point of view to assess their sensitivity to elec. energy prices and prices of CO2 emission permission. The power plant based on natural gas combined cycles showed the lowest sensitivity to financial risk.
