Content and composition of polar fractions in refined vegetable oils available on the Polish market
Nineteen corn. refined vegetable oils were analyzed for polar fraction content and compn. by gas and liq. chromatogs. The polar fraction content was 2.33-11.83. Oxidized triacylglycerols prevailed in rapeseed and some sunflower oils and diacylglycerols in the palm oils.
