Preparation and properties of products of oxidation of wheat starch
Wheat starch was oxidized with H2O2 at 50 degrees C in presence of CuSO4 as a catalyst. The starch oxidn. degree increased up to above 38% with the increasing amts. of H2O2 and CuSO4.
