Effect of addition of PRP Fix preparation to the slurry on a reduction of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide emissions during the storage
A corn. mixt. of mineral components was added to slurry (4-12 kg/L) stored (in spring and in summer) for 3 weeks in plastic containers. Emission of NH3 and H2S were detd. each 7 days. The addn. resulted in a significant decrease of the gas (esp. NH3) emissions.
